30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests up to 30 days after you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer support team at support@ryobiushop.com or call us at +1 (938) 282-2159 with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees

Defective or Damaged Products / Incorrect Items Received: If the return is due to our error (e.g., product is damaged, defective, or incorrect), Ryobiushop will cover all return shipping costs.
Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping fee.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately by offering a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
